Packet Pick-up

Runners will have two opportunities to pick up their packets and gear for Polar Dash in December 2012!  We will also have packets and hoodies available for folks registered for Get Lucky.  We will also recommend all series participants pick up all of the available swag for them during this packet pickup (Polar Dash, Getl Lucky packets and gear, Monster Dash gear only, and lucite medal holder).

Runners must have two things to pickup up your items:

  • Bib number
  • Photo ID

Date: (Please read carefully, packet pick-up will only be allowed during these designated dates and times):
Monday, December 31st
Time:

If you cannot attend packet pick-up:   You have one of three options:

  • You can have a friend or family member pick up your gear, bib and chip during our packet pick-up event.  They MUST have a photo copy or a picture of your photo ID (texted or emailed to your phone) with them along with your bib number to pick up your packet.
  • Mailing:  The deadline for requesting to have your packet and gear mailed for Polar Dash has now expired.  You will have to choose from the other options.
  • While there is no general race day packet pick-up, if you cannot attend any of the scheduled packet pick-ups, don't have anyone who can pick up for you or purchase a mailout, then, for a $30 convenience fee, we will have your packet waiting for you at our registration area tent on race day.  This must be prearranged, as only the packets of those who have prearranged this with us will be there on race day. Click here to email our registration department.  If you choose this option, please keep in mind we cannot guarantee your gear size will be available.  This option will be available to request until December 28th.

Two Ways to speed up your trip through packet pick-up:

1. Bring your bib number and photo ID with you

2. If you want to come when it's least busy, consider coming during the middle hours of packet pick-up. While steady with participants, those middle hours are usually easier to navigate because they are after the early rush and before the late rush.
